Chaat Dog owner Pervaiz Shallwani has long been a champion of the herring — so much so that he was interviewed about it for the recently released Russ & Daughters cookbook.
To kick off the drop, we're hosting a book party at Chaat Dog's Time Out Market space in Brooklyn. Co-owner Josh Tupper will be on hand to sign copies of the James Beard–nominated book. Secure a Herring Dog, or a Dog & a signed copy of the book, ahead of time.
